I made myself a little bag to keep little things like phone and torch at our Tolkien convention, one that would look good with cloaks and cosplays. I used some leftover wool and a jacquard tape for a belt. The leaf was supposed to have these light green lines at first, but after I made them I decided I like the dark ones better.

It's about 15x18cm, enough to hide a phone, a torch and a knife - all I need by the fire. I had made the pattern earlier, so it took me about 3h to make that bag.

Just a little something I sewed up for those chilly autumn days, those frigid Winter afternoons, or your nippy Spring night. The paw pads are filled with stuffing, so they are nice and squishy. hehe! They are what my dragonsona’s paws technically look like. (Yes, the dragon that is on my Profile picture) Everything is hand-sewn and the claws are by DreamVisionCreations. These guys are excellent for all your fursuiting needs!

More leaves, more fun. Apparently the novelty has not yet worn off.

Two pendants, one silver, one copper. The silver one is for a gift, the copper... I really don't know. I just made it.

I had lots of fun making a petticoat. After I discovered how to do that, I realised I had some leftovers of organza I used as an outer layer for the skirt of my dress... And it was just perfect, using all that was laying useless in my wardrobe and at the same time making something I wanted to have instead of trying to buy it.

I wanted my petticoat to fit my dresses that mostly end just above my knees, so it’s shorter than original 50s petticoats. The bottom tier is 6m long, the middle one 2m, and the last one just fits the measurements of the lining (about 1,2m). I made three layers, because I wanted the petticoat to be volumeous, but at the same time soft and fluffy. And fluffy it is :)

It was also the first time ever I’ve made a button hole, after having discovered how to do that with my sewing machne.

There is a volleyball finale going on and I needed sth to do while watching, and as I almost ran out of free pages in my ff notebook, I decided to make myself a new one. In the end I made two, one for myself, the other for Anduniel, because... well, because.

Just like the last time, I did everything myself, including printing lines.

A day may come when I possess professional tools, but for now I have to manage with what I have. It's not 100% perfect, but the previous notebook I made served me well and didn't fall into pieces despite me dragging it everywhere and I hope these two will serve well too.

Yesterday was the kind of day when nothing seemed to work, not even the wheather outside. Not my writing, not my sewing, not jewellery making.

Somehow I ended tossing out all my fabrics, my unifinished works and also some leftovers of old projects. And somehow it led to me making myself an elf. I'm certainly not a doll maker, but it kept me busy and turned to be quite pleasant.

Not beautiful enough to be Maitimo. I know, tiny Amras needs mouth, I'll probably give him some.

Still, it worked. And I even made myself a quick brancelet while searching for some beads for eyes. And ugh. Feanor stopped yelling in Immortal Instruments :)

My Tolkien bookshelf includes two Polish anthologies of Polish fanfiction, but I decided I want to have there a seriw of fics I love for their canon compliance and portrayals of the characters. So, Return to Aman serie written by Bunn joined my collection.

In case anyone's wondering, it is 400 A5 pages. I printed them i parts of five sheets of paper, which were later folded in two and sewn with a sewing machine.
