My sister convinced everyone in my family to try out Kanzhu Hand-pulled Noodles in San Juan just to see them make hand-pulled noodles.

When we were there, they freshly hand-pull noodles for every order. It's fascinating to watch one piece of dough magically separate into smaller and smaller strands.
