My first attempt at a hardbound journal! Made this back in December as a gift for my friend Zahraa. Chose the fabric from what my mom had on hand, made the signatures from water colour paper, the cover from the watercolour pad's cardboard cover, lined the inside with gorgeous Italian paper used to pack Italian letter paper. Used purple thread to bind. It came out a little loose so I need to see what variables to change to fix that, but I don't think this was bad for my first attempt!
