He's repeatedly told that his tail tip, glowing like fire, started the fire that transformed the Sun Wood into the Ashen Glade. He never tires of defending himself against these accusations. What do rabbits know about reality?

Stands for: understanding

Kalen is an unusual sight in his birthplace, the Stony River. Normally, the river leaves an impression on the appearance of its inhabitants, but Kalen's fur is black and his eyes are emerald green. He seems like the night side of water, like the shadows between the waves. Someone who brings depth, but isn't gloomy.

Kalen rarely speaks, but when he does, it's with a precision that makes others sit up and take notice. He sees patterns where others assume only coincidence. He knows the river's courses like no other, including the underground ones. Many younger hares seek his advice, even if they never directly ask for it. In his presence, one feels... clearer.

His birthstone is a fluorite, and it represents clarity, intuition, focus, and, in his case, perhaps inner order in the face of external chaos.
