Finally my #2B #cosplay #handmadecosplay #handmadecostume is done! ❤️ It’s been a really #longproject and not everything turned out quite right as I wanted… in the end I was really hating that fabric #blacksuede #blackalcantara #alcantarafabric But I’m satisfied with how it turned out! "And the angel said to them, 'Be not afraid, for I bring good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.'" The Archangel Michael rises! 😇 This was a photo finish if I ever saw one. I put those wings together last night but I love it all the same. Halloween is the one time of year I can actually show off my skills and I live for it. This is an original concept, inspired by baroque paintings and medieval Knights, that went through several iterations as I constructed it. The gold and wine lamé is Vera Wang and from @moodfabrics as is their gunmetal chainmail. The wings are made of heavyweight interfacing, hot glue, too many feathers, and prayers. They utilize advanced slapband technology to bend and open.
