A lot of the red kinda washed out when I soaked it (kinda expected it tbh) but now I have handspun that reminds me a little of an orange creamsicle!
Also this is probably my most even chain ply yarn yet
So I’m unofficially doing the Tour de Fleece, since I’m always spinning! I’m building my inventory for my fall shows and I’m currently tits deep in this magnificent color. My next show is the Salida Fiber Festival in Salida, CO in September
My yarn took a 3rd place ribbon! The comments were fair so I’m happy. Tough competition!

Come out to the Wildlife West Nature park in Edgewood New Mexico, just east of Albuquerque THIS WEEKEND, May 18-19 for the Heart of New Mexico Fiber and Art Gathering… lots of vendors, food trucks, live music, and fiber demos! And critters, too!
