How I feel every time I fall on my face while trying to handstand walk
Handstand walking progressions with a spotter: 1. Wheel barrel 2. Feet on shoulders 3. Spotter in front Focus on keeping the hollow position. Think about walking with your hands just like you walk on your feet. Smooth weight transfer. Pick up your hands and bend at your elbow - just like you bend your knees to walk. Obviously I'm not very good as this was my first attempt, but I'll be doing more of it to get better.
