Found this at Dollar Tree. The manufacturer intended it for eggs, but it just so happens to be the perfect size to hold 1 lb of ground beef.

It clips neatly to the underside of a fridge rack, thus taking advantage of the unused headspace from the shelf below it.

When I bake, I hate to waste the extra heat the oven puts out even after I've shut off the oven.

I wash mason jars I've saved up all week, hand dry the outside with a tea towel, then carefully slide all damp jars into the oven to heat-dry.

The next morning I put lids & collars back on them & put away.

Otherwise, I wait 48-72 hours (depending on humidity) for the jars to be completely dry.

EXTREMELY LEWD ASK INCOMING- What do you imagine Gintoki's hand would be like to hold, or Hijikata's? orz

Oh my god when I first read the caps I was expecting... well, let’s just say that this is not at all what I was expecting LOLOL 

Gintoki’s hands would be really calloused. They’d be rough, but due to use, the callouses would be smooth in some parts. The only parts of his hands that are still soft are little spots like the junction where his hand meets his wrist. Also, bigger. He doesn’t have huge hands or anything, but they’d be slightly bigger than most other people’s.

Hijikata’s hands would also be calloused, but with the addition of nicotine stains from smoking. He has longer fingers, so his hands are just the slightest bit more slender than Gintoki’s. But both of them have good hands to hold. Yes.

A small package arrives addressed to the Priest Brightwind, Himmell. Within the small package was a glass orb though the Priestess had already considered his state before sending. It came without a letter and the only script had been the address plastered upon the box. She knew that holding the orb itself would be just enough to activate it. Her words would come in time.

“ Himmell, I want to thank you for the sermon you hosted for us this evening. I think everyone left a little lighter than they had arrived and your words certainly put a lot into perspective. Apologies for leaving so soon after the gathering, I had been swiftly stricken with a tired-bug and I can’t seem to pull myself out of it.”

There was a sigh that pulled through the sphere and no images were offered -- it would have been terribly pointless anyways -- there was a shuffle of background noise and then once more her words pulled through.

“ I suspect all has gone well after my departure and those gathered had gotten what they sought from the confessionals you offered? You are kind to offer at all. I was certainly hoping more within the city would have taken up the like-minded work you and I do. It is a terribly rare thing which is why I had been excited to meet you. I wish I hadn’t left so soon and it might be a little silly of me to suggest such or even ask, can confessors enter confessionals as well? Is it fine for other Priests of the Light to know of another’s personal problems or transgressions?”

“ A silly thought, curious but silly none the less.”

“Thank you once again, I would very much like to attend the next sermon you have to offer and perhaps have something to offer next time as well to assist you or those who come seeking a wise ear. Light bless Himmell and be well.”

Hah!! Well, actually, it was my amazing lack of discipline that prompted me to do this...I love to procrastinate on here (and ff.net and AO3) far more than I really should...so I didn’t really realize how much time I was spending on any of those sites during the day...but this app just doesn’t let you. Anytime you try to go to a blocked site after your daily allotted time is up you just can’t. You get a splashscreen instead that says “Shouldn’t you be working?!” It was amazing how much I got done just knowing that it wasn’t even an option to come take a peek and see if any new fic had posted.
