Alise was sitting in a standard hospital chair, rubbing her neck tiredly she leaned her head against the bed. Ishak was laying in front of her. His breathing was normal but he still was not talking or responding to anything. Alise took his hand gently and kissed it gently. "I miss you." She whispered quietly, mumbling against his wrist. She held it as Alise watched their hands. "Wanna know something? I'm such a nerd. Like you don't even know, Ish." She laughed quietly. "I saw the Hobbit and loved it so much, Thorin is so cool..Kili and Fili are my favorite. They're all dwarves. Hey I brought a book, I thought you'd like it. Its call the Historian. Ah its a vampire book, I've read it like three times but guess what? It takes place in Turkey and Romania. Its pretty good, I uhm..I can read it for you? I dunno if you like vampires.. Its kinda love story too.." Silence. As usual. Alise placed another kiss to the back of Ishak's hand. "I need to tell you everything.. The doctors say most patients can hear other people talk to them.. Maybe you'll remember and maybe...you'll hate me but at least you know, right?" Alise sighed quietly again and moved to sit on the side of the bed, she played with Ishak's hair soothingly. "I.. I'm not just..a book store owner...I'm an assassin." She exhaled quietly. "I...Was supposed to be doing a job when I met you. But there was something about you that just...Made sense to me. We could both.. I dunno.. we could both talk about it when you wake up.. I'm sorry for lying..I'm so..sorry..But I can't close you, Ishak..I really couldn't handle losing you." Alise felt her eyes water and she quickly wiped her eyes, laying her head on his chest she sat down on the chair again and closed her eyes, humming quietly.

Yusuf gasped as his body shifted to that of a females. He squeezed his eyes shut and he felt contractions start in his stomach. He fought for breath as he leaned against the wall for support, unable to call out.
