Rak and Nix were like day and night, but that hadn’t prevented them from becoming close. After all, you could not have one without the other. Perhaps Rak was just too curious and persistent for his own good, but he truly felt like he and Nix meshed well together thanks to their differences. Nix taught Rak a great deal about the world, and in exchange, Rak helped him to loosen up a bit.
