You can do it! I know doing stuff at the last minutes gives me so much anxiety that it's defeatist. The anxiety makes it impossible to function. Maybe if you take a break, have a cup of tea, meditate or clear your head for 20 minutes, then jump in

Yeah doing stuff at the last minute is nerve-wracking but it's also like the only time I can actually force myself to do it. I dunno I mean it's really bad. Like it's gotten worse an worse over time to the point where I just can't freaking do anything unless it's the last possible minute and there's no other choice besides giving up.
