Hanyak Round 2

On May 27th I have another appointment with thediet clinic. Time to give another go and try and get into the 60kgs before the end of this year!

Time to get back on track...

So my diet restarted again as of yesterday. (Aka no more gummies haha)

I can’t do the hanyak yet because I have to get a physical exam/dug test done this weekend so I was told to not take it until afterwards.

In lieu of that, I’ll be counting my calories instead to help keep me on track. Hopefully that’ll help. And then on Saturday after my year, I can start up the hanyak again.

I think my goal will be to get to 69kg by the time I’m going to Florida. I think it’s doable. ^^
