She also was extremely happy and pleased how WELL I had prepared for this call (by writing a list of all things I could remember about my bro when he was a kid). She said: "I wish all my clients were this well prepared." So, please, if you need to have an appointed of any kind with a doctor, therapist etc. BE WELL PREPARED! It helps them A LOT!

We both also had to speak in English since I don't speak Swedish and she didn't speak Finnish and we BOTH had been: "Oh my God, I have to speak English! I speak it well in my head but out loud? No! Will I pronounce words right? Will she understand me?"

Oh, God. I really hope I will remember this call the rest of my life since it, honestly, was the best call ever <3
