Doesn't matter how you start, just start! I've never recorded myself working out before but I plan to start showing what it is I actually do. FOR SURE MY FAVORITE BOOTY EXERCISE. I've noticed a significant lift in my "booty" since I've added this into my glute & leg routine. One thing I will say is, the heavier the weight the more gains you will make. If the weight isn't heavy then why even workout? 😅😅😅 Don't be discouraged if you can't quickly go into 150 lbs or whatever because before you know it by being consistent.. YOU WILL GET THERE. Challenge yourself. One persons "light weight" is another ones "heavy".. We're all different. Today is March 27, 2016.. Idk I just woke up feeling so comfortable and confident in my own skin. I got this new tank Friday & I really like it. When working out, you should wear things you like because it makes the day & workout so much better. I love the progress I've been making, it's so wonderful. It's okay to enjoy.
This whole time I was looking into the mirror and looking at all the "bad", I would always completely set aside how far I've come. It's so dumb to me.. I'm not to sure what's gotten into me these two weeks but i am feeling very proud and happy. I look so different now and I refuse to cut myself short from here on out. Anyone who comes across this post, promise yourself that you will appreciate your body inside and out for what it is. Another thing I'm trying to learn is that change in essence is a great thing.. Who wants to be at a standstill their whole lives? No fun in that. I believe if you aren't challenging yourself & pushing your limits, then what the fuck are you doing? Go out there & get yours. You deserve it for yourself, no one else.
It's crazy to think just 7 months ago, I weighed 200lbs & boy did it show... So proud of my progress. In due time, I see myself reaching my goals sooner than not. Screw the "mid-section" for being the devil during this process. This just means I need to go stronger & harder with my nutrition. Today is February 22, 2016 & I am happy with how far I've come.
