I wanna try Among Us bc it looks really fun but I feel like I'd be too shy... any words of advice to convince my hell brain that I'll be fine and should get it?

1. its like. almost totally anonymous. it doesnt use your steam info when you join lobbies so if anyone’s makin you uncomfy you don’t have to worry abt them followin you anywhere else. 

2. you can make private rooms so that only ppl with a code can join you, and you can post the code anywhere: on your discord servers, on your tumblr, etc. and if you can’t round up enough players that way you can always switch it back to public. 

3. there are genuinely more people who play this game for fun and get into the spirit of it than assholes. shitty ppl can be quickly kicked and they can’t kick up a fuss abt it. 

honestly it’s a game that really isn’t abt how good you are at it but how much fun you have and how you can play with trust and you can find some real hidden gems in there when you play.
