Honestly, Mr. Hat had no idea what the outfit this young girl was wearing was, but one thing was for certain. He absolutely loved it! The perfectly starched hat bow? The scalloping of the skirt? The utter indulgence of bows and frills? The hat?? Marvelous! Sure there was a tad few things he would change about it himself but this was neither here nor there.
