Okay so I haven't been posting Vampirella much because it's A) an obscure interest people don't care about, B) it makes it hell for anyone scrolling in public and C) a lot of the recent stuff I've been reading has been not good but I need to complain.
So I touched briefly upon it earlier but I think Vampirella writers struggle a lot with figuring out what to do with Vampirella's love interest, Adam Van Helsing, because the nature of Vampi's character means she's a complicated love interest for a traditional male character to have, so in the 90s they made him take evil demon cocaine and he becomes a weird demon man and he just looks so ugly.
Like he looks so bad. And for contrast this is what Adam looked like in the Warren days;
Like what have they done to him. I feel so scared right now. Vampirella your boyfriend is annoying AND now he's ugly as fuck. We have to do something.
