that's happened to a crapload of my stuff, but you just have to tap the nsfw button and hit 'request review', and then tumblr fixes it.

you can look up page themes !! and then when you have a page that you like, go to your ‘add pages’ on the blog editor (desktop), and then there’s a small dropdown menu where you select 'html’ option or something close to that. aghh, there’s probably a better tut for it, it’s hard to explain.
Okay great, that’s what I thought! The problem is, I try to do that, and it never seems to come out right...I’m sure it’s just me, but I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong.
