A few thoughts on Harryween night 2!

First of all, it was just a BLAST! Halloween is NOT FUN. But HARRYWEEN IS!! He was so in his element and having fun and the crowd was absolutely wild the whole time. I definitely think it will be one of those super memorable shows for him. The band was also just going for it!!! I think the different stage set up and the theme allowed them to just be a little more playful and goofy. It was just a joy to be with them all really.

The rainbow lights project during Lights Up!!! Wow what a moment!!! Kudos to the organizers for pulling that off because it was incredible. And Harry was visibly moved by it. At the end he said thank you and blew a big kiss to the audience and it was emotional. The thank you was so so directed toward the lights and the support for him. It was incredible. I hope the fans recognized how amazing it was too and it can continue for the rest of tour.

His fucking waist!! The clown costume was gorgeous (and sad — wouldn’t have been my choice to go sad, but after reading all the posts about it, wow I get it) but the hourglass shape it makes on him is just soo good. It’s also something that looked really great from far away as well as up close which I think they considered. I just love that he does this feminine silhouette. He’s absolutely beautiful. And I want to kiss his tummy.

“We’re all clowns.” Yeah yeah. We are.

WMYB was SO loud. INSANE. The whole place was shaking. One Direction, please come back. You won’t regret it.

And then Medicine was even louder!!! Holy shit. I saw Medicine live! What an out of body experience. Honestly I was a little surprised how much of the crowd knew and was asking for it but I don’t think this was much of a casual Harry fan occasion. And then TOXIC! Are you kidding me!!! He was having one hell of a time singing it and the energy was through the roof. It felt like one giant karaoke room, which honestly, I just loved rawness and fangirl-ness of it all!

“This is called edging.” I literally fell over. Actually. HAROLD!! (Also Louis!!)

Anyway it was just so so so fun and he seemed so in his element!! Like these shows were really for him. For us too of course, but he really got to make this all for him. The way he wanted. The outfits and the song choices and how he moved on stage. Just a little looser and a maybe little more real than the rest of tour so far. Really excited to see how LOT sounds and feels after these two shows because wow they were *special*.
