carver had finally settled into his new living space (complete with new blankets on his bed) and didn’t know what to do with himself. he’d been given a chunk of schedule free time to just be in the house. that was something he was grateful for - it had been a while since he’d been told ‘okay carver, we want you to do nothing.’ so he planned on making the most of it - try to meet as many people here as he could. after he had finished readjusting the pillow (that he’d most likely never use) on his bed he heard the door open. carver turned on his feet toward the noise, smiling when he saw the tall boy aren’t the room. “you!” he said excitedly pointing at haru. “is this your room too? am i your roommate?” he’d be glad if the answer was yes. it would be nice if he shared a room with someone he knew and liked - he’d only met haru once but he already considered the younger boy is friend. “i hope this bed wasn’t taken.” he added gesturing over his shoulder with his thumb at the bed.

cullen stared intently down at his finger nails as he began to cover them in a layer of purple varnish. it was a colour he hadn’t used before and it wasn’t exactly one he’d wear (a fan had given it to him a while back). mostly cullen would wear softer colours on his nails but this colour was pretty and he though he could at least try it out (if he didn’t feel comfortable wearing it he’d use it for yura’s nails sometime). he hadn’t been able to propery paint his nails in quite some time so he was taking his time. usually, he’d be sitting in his room doing this but he now had three other roommates (he wasn’t sure how comfortable he was with them), but instead he was sitting off to the side in one of the common areas. cullen was hoping that no one would notice him there, or at least leave him be.

shoichi hadn’t been in the house for long. he’d met a few people (and seen a few people he already knew) but he still wasn’t able to settle into his room. part of him was annoyed when he found out he had to share the room with multiple people. shoichi expect that he’d have just one person to share a room with, but alas, there was going to be three other guys in the room with him. he hadn’t been in a situation like that since shooter was active - he’d been living alone for the past little while. shoichi didn’t think it’d take him long to get used to it, but it was still inconvinient. he picked up his bag and dropped it down onto his bed, opening it up, preparing to sort through his items and figure out where he can put all his stuff. before he could get immersed in his work he heard the door to his room open, without moving his feet he turned back to look at the person entering the room. he gave the boy - one of his roommates he presumed - a smile without saying anything. shoichi turned back to his bag.

Youngwook hadn’t really been able to have a nice conversation with any of his roommates, but that didn’t stop him from feeling comfortable in his room. He was usually quiet when he was in there and chose to listen to his music through his headphones, probably coming off as not-so-friendly. Nonetheless, he did plan on eventually getting to know them. Little did he know, that would be happening sooner than later with one of them.

At work, he made a $20 tip, so him and a few of his buddies decided (more like they forced him) to have a few drinks after closing. He wasn’t drunk, just a bit tipsy. He was very talkative and in a very good mood. He came home and made it up to his room, finding one of his roommates in there. He sat on the end of his bed, a big smile on his faec before turning to the other. “You know what? I think it’s about time we got to really talk. I don’t even think I’ve formally introduced myself. I’m Park Youngwook, your roommate.” He grinned at the other, realizing that he had only been at the house for a week before they went to Jeju, so it wasn’t so strange that they hadn’t met.

Yoona wasn’t exactly sure how it happened. Just a moment ago, she was happily snapping pictures of the native Jeju wildflowers while an animated tour guide chatted away about it’s historical context a couple paces away. Next thing you know, she looked up and not a single person was in sight. In the blink of an eye, her entire tour group was gone. How did they manage to load 42 people in a cart and drive away without me noticing? Well.... I suppose it’s 41 now.... She bit her lip, reflexively reaching for her purse only to realize that she’d left it back on the tour bus. Goodbye cell phone... Goodbye civilization.

After a slight moment of panic, Yoona gathered her bearings and decided to walk around. Jejudo wasn’t that big. It would probably only take ten minutes tops to find a civilian or someone to ask for directions. 

Unfortunately for her-- that was not the case. The countryside seemed to stretch on for miles. Every step was just an endless loop of dusty gravel, roadside weed, and the occasional stray dog. No human in sight. After a solid two and a half hours, Yoona collapsed next to an abandoned tool shed. 

“I... I can’t do this anymore.” She wheezed from both heat and dehydration. “Do you think... the battery in this has juice? Liquid juice?” She asked the ant crawling next to her legs, weakly holding up her suddenly very heavy camera.

artie had gone out simply to take photos of the island, something he didn’t expect was to find haru surrounded by grandmas. he picked his camera up, deciding this was a scene he needed to share with most everyone. he took a few photos before realizing the upset look on his face. he frowned and walked closer to him, only now he realized the other was crying. he wasn’t sure what he could do to make the older boy happy.

he slowly made his way to the other, breaking the wall of grandmas. he picked up the food haru was currently crying into and moved it to the side. he inserted himself into haru’s lap, knowing the other thought how tiny he was was cute. “look. i’m tiny. you like it when i’m tiny, right?”

today was a day jaehoon dreaded, going to work. though of course ‘work’ wasn’t actually as professional as it seemed. by ‘work’ he just had to go to his studio and edit what he had already wrote, then submit it to his editors for further editing. he’d decided he would take haru along with him, something to make going to the studio bearable. he waited out the front of the house for haru to come down, he’d left him to his own devices for a short while. his studio wasn’t too far away, so he decided he’d walk there. 

as soon as haru came out he stood up, he took the taller boy’s hand in his. “come on, we gotta loose the cameras.” he smiled. running off in the direction of the studio, “if we let them follow us there’s no way we’d ever get to speak freely, so it’s best if we get away from them for now.” he explained. he wanted to be able to speak more openly with haru, and there was no way they could do that at the house. not without being bombarded by cameramen and burden.
