I got this beautiful blue cotton saree from @hastavem last year. Barring Rakshabandhan, I could not get a chance to wear it. And then winters set in. I brought it out again and wore this at the recently concluded 8th exchange of the Cha Bar Pink Tea Cup Conversations series which I co-host and moderate in collaboration with Oxford Bookstores. Reena Sujai's @hastavem has some gorgeous handloom sarees and the variety is amazing. Do check them out. Thank you for this beautiful, simple blue. I paired it with silver jewelry and since I wanted to be up and about I wore hush puppies brogues with this one. 💃 One of the panelists this time was Dr Anand Prakash, my teacher from Hans Raj College. I am glad I could catch up with him after long, got his latest book gifted, signed by him, and managed a few pictures too in the end. ❤️ ...Popular culture, literature, women, humour, some fashion and a few unforgettable moments...
