the air quality may be terrible atm in co, i may have ashtma, but i need gym credits to graduate high school so i’m gonna run for cross country

Idk why I just feel kinda lonely and down today. I’ve been crying at everything (tv and stuff) my paranoia is running wild and I’ve been moody. Not caused by anything though; it started the moment I woke up. Just a hormonal day I guess

I feel sick. I have an exam tomorrow and I know she will be there and do whatever she can to put me off. She strikes me as that kind of person. I  can't sleep and have a huge weight on my chest and my stomach is turning in knots. I hate this has all come to this all because someone couldn't mind their own business.
