Becoming Prince Lotor || Makeup Test [Voltron Legendary Defender]
“My father built our empire on the bones of his enemies. The universe can no longer doubt our strength.” - Prince Lotor
Voltron Season 3 is in 2 days! I’m so crazy excited that I sat down and finally did this makeup test for Lotor. I’ve been planning to cosplay him since the first few fanarts started popping up at the end of season 2 so this was a lot of fun for me!
I’ve never used theater facepaint like this before but I think I did a pretty good job making myself purple. Materials are in the description of the video! I hope you enjoy it.

Cosplay Worklog // Victor Nikiforov Wig Styling [Yuri on Ice!!!]
Hey everyone! Another weekend means another video! This time i’m showing you how I cut and styled my Victor Nikiforov wig for my upcoming cosplay! I’m keeping my next con simple by just taking tracksuit Victor so I can do some more stuff (and film it) outside of what stressing over multiple cosplays limits me to.
I hope youll look forward to those videos coming up and that this video is somewhat helpful and fun for you!

Hey everyone! Finally part one of my Prompto worklog is ready! I've been bouncing around from piece to piece on this cosplay and filming the entire process as I go along! If all goes according to plan there will be two more parts to this set, one covering the creation of his tank, plaid undershirt and gloves. Then a final part showing the creation of the patches and assembly of them to the vest and pants.
Overall Prompto has proven to be a very interesting project because despite being a more simple cosplay (in terms of Final Fantasy standards) it is filled with all kinds of small details and lacks any sort of real 100% accurate reference photos to go from.
Either way, I hope you enjoy it and look forward to the next few parts for our Chocobo boy!
Prompto Argentum Patches - Resources
Hey everyone! After posting my latest Prompto Cosplay Worklog, in which I go through the process of making both his 2-tone plaid undershirt & his numerous patches, I received several questions through Instagram & here on tumblr on alternative means to create them & the best place for references and resources. Now I did put three alternative methods in the description of my video but I thought a post here on my cosplay tumblr would also be beneficial to those who perhaps watch the video through my post here vs. on my youtube page.
Now that i’ve rambled enough, here are some things to help you out in creating your own Prompto patches.

I’ve been steadily working on my Prompto cosplay all month & I like to think i’ve made some pretty good progress! I don’t have a convention to wear him to just yet but I’m already planning some really fun photoshoot ideas to do once he’s finished. If you aren’t following me on Instagram you should be so you’ll see these WIP shots right as they go up!
This cosplay, so far, has tested my patience and skills in ways I didn’t quite imagine it would. From vectoring images & embroidering them to bleaching, dyeing & painting fabric there has been no shortage of frustrations. I like to think it’s all worth it in the end though!
