Alex Winter is one of my biggest artistic inspirations as well as my biggest personal hero. The work he’s done, the things he’s made, the battles his fought and those he’s fought for are so important to me. A survivor of childhood sexual abuse, a political activist, an LGBTQ ally, and independent artist, and a fantastic actor, writer, and director. He is one of the most down to earth and humble men in the industry and one of the most genuine human beings I’ve ever come across. I wish this man all the best and I implore everyone to check out his work and learn his story. It’s truly incredible.🖤🎂🎉

I want to write fics for most of Alex Winter's characters so I watched Haunted Summer. But i was lowkey a little lost most of the time.

It might be bc i was only paying attention to Alex Winter the entire time.

if I had a nickel for every movie where Alex Winter had not enough screen time as the shortest guy in an evil polycule who disappears right before the climax of the film but still haunts the narrative (and the antagonist he probably had some sort of really complicated relationship with)…

Finished Frankenstein and then rambled for 14 minutes why everyone should go watch Haunted Summer (1988)… it is really good, a nice character/relationship focused period piece about their little group.
