#It’s just so different #even though it’s public it still feels secret and safe. i feel comfy sharing a lot more on here than I do in my actual day to day life lol #in my head I’m also just speaking to myself 90% of the time which helps #if a friend off tumblr saw my thoughts I’d feel so weird ab it #esp bc they might get the vagueposting about certain situations and tell mutual friends #no thank u. this is for me. I’m already cripplingly private but way more so in real life #this is basically a low stress journaling outlet for me. it’s so important for me to maintain the separation #like this is actually my diary & has been so handy for letting out emotions / articulating thoughts / staying on track !!#& I’ve met so many kind people on here who actually get me. which is so hard to find irl bc I’m surrounded by pre-med gunners/overachievers #who are by standard not very good w emotion & can be competitive/judgmental. or at least it’s hard for me to be vulnerable in front of them #and I’m part of that crowd so I reserve my emotions only to a handful of very close friends #it’s nice to hop on here and express negative emotions!! or positive emotions!! just whatever I want and it’s low stress and people get me #I don’t have to worry about judgment or competitiveness etc etc #like everyone on here is so kind & nice & understanding. & just a breath of fresh air from the types I run w. it’s just nice to have this #so idk that’s why I think I’ll always be strict about keeping the worlds separate. it just works #p

thank you!! for my day makeup i honestly just use whatever’s cheapest and then get something else when i run out lmao

for my clown paint and anything Weird (corpse paint/cosplay makeup/etc) i use sunset makeup almost exclusively, i’m not even really brand loyal it just holds up SO WELL

my white base is always the sunset white foundation, it does go a bit shiny throughout the day so you have to re-powder but it’s not heavy like most body paint, it just feels like wearing normal makeup. if i’m just taking photos i use the sunset setting powder (just because i have a lot of it) but if i need to keep it on all day i use ben nye bc i don’t want to risk it

i think the red blush and yellow eyes were from the clown trio and the brows/freckles/liner/lips are all the water activated eyeliner palette, i also use the white for my lashes set with white eyeshadow. disclaimer the eyeliner is quite hard to remove but it doesn’t budge all day and it doesn’t really stain either!!

He doesn't mind though.#While sometimes Avians and Humans will visit to discuss things with the family its far and few between. Pranav prefers it though #and enjoys getting to only focus on work.#The Bug Ferrets on the Station aren't the same ones that dropped Warble #but they have an equally hard time talking to them and find their avoidant and unfriendly disposition unattractive and frustrating.#warble probably wouldve been dropped from the project and station if not for Pranav advocating for them #i will design the other bug ferrets on the station eventually but thats a bigger project for a different me #mouthfood #technically #idk subject to chaaaange

#I understand that it is somewhat cringe to complain about your parents when you're decently into your twenties #but oh my godddd. I'm going to act like a petulant teenager for a second.#parents will be like 'why don't you ever tell us about your life? :('#and then when you do they have 15 million leading questions and pieces of 'constructive criticism' for you.#like. well. you see. every time I do talk about what I'm up to I have to deal with an ace attorney cross examination about it.#they mean well but it's really annoying and demotivating to constantly hear all the things I'm never quite good enough at 😅#and I know it comes from a good place and they are just trying to give advice but it just feels really minimizing sometimes I guess.#it's support but in a way that constantly has to find ways to drag you down on the way up. idk. it's hard to explain.#I never leave conversations feeling better than how I felt going into them even though I know they genuinely care and mean well.#support will always come with an asterisk and lots of fine print.#and I wonder why nothing I ever do is good enough for myself and why self-criticism is the constant default. 🙃#I know it's better than nothing and I do try not to take it for granted but I wish it actually felt constructive rather than destructive.#I always have to put myself back together a bit afterwards.#vent
