A few months ago i travelled back home to a little town called hay on Wye on the Welsh border for a trail run.. We started from the playing fields (football ground) and made our way through the common and eventually onto the hay bluff base ⛰️🏃 We continued the small climb up and over the top and right to the back of the black mountains then returned the same route back down. All in all it was a great 20 mile stress free run with an old friend I was in school with Alex 😃👍 by the way this was his first distance run lol and he smashed it with me he felt sorry for himself at the end tho 😂 either way it was a great morning out in the lush fresh air of the Welsh mountain.
