I know most of Greenhouse Academy fandom ships hayley/daniel but here I am alone on hayley/leo side (well, maybe on ig/yt there are some hayleo fans).
Anyway. Watching whole four seasons at once (yes, don’t mind me), I think it is extremly obvious how it was always hayley/leo story and even if you dislike them, I don’t understand how can someone not see it.
It obviously starts with season 1 and leo being the first close person to hayley in greenhouse academy. It shifts in finale when his gf comes back (the gf who he didn’t see or kept contact with for 4 years! they split up when they were what, 12, 14? anyways,,)
When she shows up, all Leo wants to do is talk with Hayley, 2 eps pass and he says to his “gf” how he loves hayley. It’s pretty f clear who he wants even if he is with somebody else. He risks his life and saves hayley during earthquake. When Leo and his gf split up and Hayley and Daniel start their relationship he is all the time jealous about her. And here goes the “he is bullying her” argument which I honestly don’t understand. He cares so much and it is hurting him to see her being happy with others so thats how he reacts. He wants her to see him so he says all these things and she is cutting herself from him totally. And when he tries to forget and is with smb else, he still breaks up with her cause he says!!! He loves Hayley! S1, he said he loved her, S2 he said he loved her, we are in S3 and he says again he loves her.
When Hayley wants to find out what is happening in the cave, Daniel is choosing basketball, while Leo !again! is ready to risk his life for Hayley. So they enter that cave and does risk his life and almost dies. Before that obviously he tells her, he LOVES her. I honestly don’t know how some people might not see it, everything is just there??
And S04E01 is the best episode when it comes to Hayley feelings. When she was dying, she hears Leo singing and playing the guitar and she smiles. And when the picture changes to Daniel, she yells “no”. Then, you can literally see, how Leo tells Hayley what to do to survive. The fact that in her dreams - Leo tells her what to do, the fact that he basically saves her life - it all shows how they are gonna end up together. Which they do.
I am freaking so happy. I might be shipping them alone but ugh. I love everything about them.
