Asdfgh feel free to ignore me but I saw losh demigod au and couldn’t keep my mouth shut. I didn’t see an idea for Bouncing boy so I just wanted to pop in and propose Minerva actually? He’s a pretty smart dude (an engineer in one comic incarnation actually). And while Proteus technically doesn’t have a Roman equivalent he was an old sea god who really liked to shape shift so he might be a consideration for Cham?

“Who changed the thermostat settings? I’m freezing to death." + legion of demigods, if you please~

“Garth. Garth!” Imra hissed, shoving at the unconscious boy’s shoulder in a futile attempt to wake him up. Rokk looked on in horror as, instead of waking, the redhead rolled away from his friend’s hand, burying his face in the snow with a small grumble.

The trio were crouched in a snow cave, hiding from a pair of empousa that had been hot on their trail for the past day and a half. Would it be too much to ask that the closeness to Camp Jupiter would scare them off? Probably, Rokk’s mind answered unhelpfully.

“I can sssmell you, honey darlingsss.” one hissed as it approached the cave entrance. Imra and Rokk stared at each other, identical terror reflected in their eyes. 

Slowly, careful not to make any noise, Rokk withdrew his broken celestial bronze dagger from the ill-fitting sheeth Imra had nabbed at a travelling Renaissance Fair. He had major doubts as to wether the little weapon could take on two powerful monsters.

Imra returned to shaking Garth’s shoulder, gently pleading for him to wake. Gods, Lupa hadn’t prepared any of them nearly enough for this.

Imra made one last futile attempt to wake Garth up. This time the redhead reacted, burrowing even farther into the snow.

“Who changed the thermostat settings?” he yawned as loudly as possible, his face planted in the snow. Imra and Rokk froze in terror. “I’m freezing to death.” he complained.

Twin voices hissed in laughter outside the cave. Rokk gripped his dagger tighter. If they managed to get out of this, Garth was going to die, no questions asked.

In my head, the founders came to Camp together in a mess of monsters and near death experiences that would remain pieces of Camp Jupiter legends for generations
