Headcanon 001: Impression and Expression
Think Manet on LSD. Manet, not Monet, though it is easy to get the two confused… Manet was the other founder of Impressionism, around the same time as Monet but with a touch more lingering Realism. This is the kind of artwork Nik creates.
Figures and landscapes, sculpted realistically but with the strokes of an impressionist and the color of an expressionist. (Google Erin Hanson and she’s a good example of the style.) There’s always a subject, though not always visibly present on the canvas… You can tell by the emotion he puts into it. Every color he chooses, every movement he makes is intended to make the viewer feel what he is. It’s the only time he ever dares to reach into that side of him that actually, genuinely feels.

Chris loves peanut butter, but he prefers it straight from the container. He specifically has a long spoon for this reason.

emma may not seem like it, but once you're in her life in some massive way or another, she’s extremely loyal. sure, it’s hard to actually get there because she probably won’t let you, but once you do... you’re not leaving, and neither is she.
When the direwolves were found, each Stark received one. Jon was okay with not having one. It was then that he found the runt of the litter, the smallest white wolf. Jon considered it to be destiny. From then on, Ghost became his best friend. He trained the wolf as best he could, and Ghost does not leave his side. Ghost has saved Jon’s life several times, and Jon only hopes that he is one day able to return the favor.
Ghost is also a very good judge of character. If Jon meets somebody and Ghost is apprehensive, Jon does his best to keep his distance. While if Ghost warms up to somebody immediately, he can tell that somebody can be trusted. Ghost has never led Jon astray, so he trusts him wholly. The bond between man and wolf is strong, and will remain until the day they die.
FRIENDSHIP PRIORITY
RACHEL BERRY COMES OFF as a controlling, self centered, egotistical diva. And while at some points in time this may be true, Rachel doesn’t only care about herself. When Rachel dubs somebody as a friend, she will likely throw herself through hoops to please said friend. Her only real limitation is when it comes to her career. Rachel will pick her career over her friends any day of the week. It’s not her best trait, but it’s the way it is. She’s very serious about making it big. But even when Rachel picks her career over her friends countless times, it doesn’t lessen how much she loves them. She would do anything for them outside of her success.
* FAITH / RELIGION
Cassandra ( Sam’s mother ) was brought up as a catholic as a child , but as she grew older she strayed away from the religion and placed her faith more in herself than any higher power . This heavily influenced Sam when he was a child , and seeing his mother as this strong independent woman who has moved herself away into atheism - he began to assume that faith and religion ( catholicism mainly ) were a sign of weakness . He told himself as a small , angry eight year old that he would never put his faith in what other’s called God .
This view on religion continued only for two years —————— until his mother became ill . It was then that he saw a change in HER behavior . He would hear her crying in the middle of the night and find her on her knees , hands clasped together in prayer ... She even went to church a few times , the days that she could actually leave the house . Sam then came to realize that faith wasn’t a sign of weakness —————— It was a sign that somebody so desperately wanted to become brave .
When Father Duffy took Sam and Nathan in at the boys’ home , at first Sam was undeniably angry with the God that the priest preached . His mother had begged for more time , for peace. But she’d been given nothing and she’d ended up thinking that she only had one chance —————— to kill herself . However - no matter how angry he was , he still went to the Father and gave confession and he even had a rosary of his own that he’d found on a desk - kept for himself in case of time of need .
Although he keeps his faith under wraps at most times and would perhaps refer to himself as an agnostic atheist —————— when times get tough , he leans on his faith as a real crutch . He still has the same rosary from his childhood and a torn and ragged bible that ‘s in his go back so that he knows it’s with him on jobs .
At Sam’s worst times ( when he’s feeling suicidal ) he automatically retrieves his rosary , and grips it tightly , voicing prayers over the beads only in his head . The day that he found his mother —————— she was holding onto her beads like a lifeline and if she went out that way - sam wants to go out the same way —————— if he goes.
ⅰ . AS SEEN IN GAME , CONNOR HAS THE ABILITY TO COPY THE VOCAL TONES AND INFLECTIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE , BY ANALYSING A SECTION OF SPEECH FOR ONLY A MATTER OF SECONDS. THIS IS AN ABILITY UNIQUE TO THE RK800 PROTOTYPES AND THE PM & PC MODELS . THIS IS SO THAT THEY CAN EASILY AND ACCURATELY RECALL WHAT WITNESSES HAVE SAID AND EXACTLY HOW THEY SAID IT . THE PM & PC MODELS DO HAVE TO ASK A SERIES OF QUESTIONS TO OBTAIN ENOUGH INFORMATION TO BUILD A CONSTRUCT OF THE WITNESSES VOICE . THE RK800S ARE THE ONLY ONES TO BE ABLE TO PICK VOICES UP ACCURATELY FROM ANY SNIPPET OF SPEECH .
ⅰ ⅰ . WHEN CONNOR BECOMES DEVIANT HE STILL HAS ACCESS TO THIS ABILITY , AND USES IT TO HIS ADVANTAGE - OR MAINLY TO HANK’S ADVANTAGE . A LOT OF TIMES WHEN THE LIEUTENANT HAS HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK AND CONNOR IS HELPING HIM STUMBLE TO HIS BED , HANK MISTAKES CONNOR FOR A GROWN UP COLE . AT FIRST , CONNOR WAS QUICK TO LET THE OTHER MALE DOWN AS GENTLY AS POSSIBLE - “ NO LIEUTENANT IT’S ME - CONNOR . “ BUT THAT ALWAYS SEEMS TO MAKE HANK’S MOOD WORSE . SO EVENTUALLY , CONNOR BEGINS TO PRETEND THAT HE IS COLE . HE TAKES A SMALL VIDEO OF CONNOR PLAYING IN THE GARDEN AND CALCULATES WHAT HIS VOICE WOULD SOUND LIKE AS A YOUNG ADULT . HE COMFORTS HANK AND TALKS TO HIM AS HIS SON . HE IS SURE THAT ANDERSON HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE’S DOING - AND THAT HE ASSUMES HE WAS DREAMING .
