Hook played with his new horns, flabbergasted at what had become of him.

Standing on her tiptoes, she tried to grab his face gently to examine him further- but was unable to even reach. Why did he have to be even taller now..?!

“Come- come down here, come down here, let me see...”

     The fairy queen waited in the foyer to her chambers of the Pixie Dust Tree, having been scheduled for a meeting which had been described to her as regarding an urgent matter. Tinker Bell had brought a visitor from outside the kingdom; the fact that their surprise guest would be small enough to fit in the room kept her curious, guessing who it could possibly be if not any of her fairies...

    As she pondered the possibilities, the messenger fairy Viola announced that her caller had arrived for his audience with the queen. "Send him in.”

“That’s quite the ensemble you have there,” Esmeralda remarked, eyeing the man’s crimson attire. A trace of admiration flickered over her features as she continued, “You’re not from around here, are you? I don’t believe we’ve ever had the pleasure of making one anothers acquaintance.” 

Truth be told, it was refreshing to see someone so...different. She respected different and she respected bold; both of which this stranger seemed to embody. He had certainly caught her attention.

Too much had happened, and how Wendy Moira Angela Darling managed to get this far she knew not. Walking over the gang plank onto the familiar ship she looked towards the first pirate she saw with as much of a commanding presence the 5 foot 2 woman could muster.

“Tell your Captain, that someone seeks sanctuary aboard the roger.”

“Should I get you a bucket?” Peter offered, obviously finding enjoyment out of bothering the captain. “ Or maybe you can use your hat?” Peter pointed up at the hat on the other’s head, a feigned tone of trying to be helpful could be detected in his voice.

The thought that Xandar was left in ruin was a mental image that lifted the hairs on the back of his neck. This Thanos was a big problem, bigger than them, bigger than one single planet. This was a problem for the whole galaxy, hell maybe the whole of the universe. Peter gulped, trying to choose his words carefully. If they wanted to make a stand, a REAL stand, they’d have to take action immediately. “Hang on a minute, do you honestly think she’ll want to team up with us? Let’s take a sec here and really think about it. Last I remember she was out for your neck. What happens when we really need her and she goes AWOL?” In his defense, he didn’t want to see Gamora getting hurt–physically, emotionally, or otherwise. He cared about the well being of his comrades.

“And what’s waiting for Muscles on Terrra?” He gave a slow look over at Thor, the Asgardian they’d come into contact with.

Gamora stops and looks at him, fear still glimmering in her eyes, but now her amber eyes a little bit more steely. “She’s my SISTER--and she wants to bring down Thanos just as much as we do. And, remember--she could’ve killed me multiple times over on Ego and even after Yondu’s funeral. But she didn’t. I trust her, Peter.” She confirmed, slender fingers padding away trying to find her pod’s last known LOCATION.

Tilting her head to the side, she makes a mental note: it looks like Nebula was headed towards Terra, which both elated and CONCERNED her. While it meant she had a chance of getting in contact with her, it also means she’s found something of INTEREST that could help her against Thanos. “She’s headed to Terra. Maybe she found another STONE.” She murmured, shaking her head.

She freezes and shoots him a look of faint annoyance, before stepping over to him and laying a hand on his back. “You are really going to need to let that GO. It’s not my fault that his muscles are so...” She trails off and smiles a little before shaking her head.

“He said he has FRIENDS there. People with powers and abilities and resources. We need to speak with them--see if they can HELP us.”
