Carroll Pride update post
Carroll's Pride Day celebrations include:
Parade starting at 10am, see previous post for route map
Most Mainstreet Businesses giving out samples/swag outside their doors along the route and/or discounted products and services.
Open drinks permitted along closed off parade route, main street cafes and restaurants have make shift patios set up with chairs and tables taking up the sidewalk as the street is foot traffic only.
Bandstand set up in the very middle of main street offering music and open mic after the parade.
Bonfires set up along the public beach, to be lit by volunteers come dusk.
Half priced admission to Speedsters
Pier lined with food trucks
Fireworks at 11 set off in the town hall parking lot (visible from most neighborhoods)
Donation box for end of season fireworks show (annual and traditionally spectacular show at the close of tourist season.)
