Proposing a new fest format:

In the old format the mods match remixer and remixee from whoever signed up for the fest. This is how hd_remix worked since the first H/D Remix Fest in 2006. In the new format: In this format, participants can choose any H/D fic or art they want and remix it. The creator of the chosen work of course needs to give permission for a remix.
