NOTES: Lazarus has shown signs of immense strength, near perfect night and low light vision as well as surprising agility for his current height. Much like the other in Project-Phoenix – save for Alpha – Lazarus also is known to have gained immortality after the events of Nov 26, XXXX. As such, any partially disconnected wiring that is otherwise temporarily unneeded will remain hidden. [noted_02-639: As of yet, Lazarus’ disconnected wiring has yet to be found. it is possible that only a select few are aware of its location, but only Maverick seems to have gained enough trust to gain this knowledge.]

Lazarus has the appearance of a male, approximately between the ages of 25 and 30, with an approximate height of 6’2”. Additionally, Lazarus’ eyes have changed since [case_jdslXXX], the scelera and pupil have changed color from the original to black and a glowing, luminescent yellow respectively as well as gaining perfected vision. In a similar change, his skin tone has grayed and darkened, yet is only noticeable if compared side by side with his pre-change skin tone. Lazarus’ physical condition seems to be about average for his height, and seems to only show minor indications of scarring, all of which is restricted to Lazarus’ face. This is likely caused in [case_jdslXXX] but doesn’t seem to cause Lazarus any distress beyond a slight increase in stress and a slight irritation of his skin. The harness like structure attached to Lazarus also seems to not cause any distress, much like the wiring attaching it to the back of his neck. It is thought that Lazarus’ speech is further enabled by the speaker attached to the harness and while not vital, Lazarus’ speech becomes rough and static filled without the attached wiring. It is highly recommended to all personnel that said wiring is not to be detached at any time, for the benefit of all parties involved, but specifically your own.

In the case of Lazarus becoming highly aggressive, agitated or his stress reaching high levels of stress, alerting Alpha or Oracle - only when Oracle is responsive, however - will pacify him. If Alpha and/or Oracle are cleared for visit when Lazarus is considered docile or neutral, his stress will drastically drop and his mood will improve immediately and greatly. Visits with Uriel provide a similar but less drastic effect and visits with Lupus provide an even lesser but equally positive effect.

Around Samael, Lazarus has shown signs of being on high alert though his caution has lowered slightly after [case-ppdpXXX]. As of yet, no changes in Lazarus’ mood and stress have been recorded, neither positive or negative. Lazarus and Samael seem to be content with simply being in each other’s presence. However, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any personnel allow an agitated or aggressive Lazarus come into contact with an aggressive Samael, as conflict is guaranteed erupt between them, one that not even Alpha can resolve. Any personnel involved with said conflict will be tested and treated if needed then promptly dealt with. In some cases, a neutral or happy Lazarus can ease an agitated Samael into a calmer state.

While not as close to Lupus and Samael, Lazarus is known to be quite protective of them. This protective nature is, however, drastically strengthened when Alpha or Oracle are harmed without their approval. This will guarantee Lazarus becoming highly aggressive. With matters concerning Uriel, Lazarus is equally protective over her but will only become agitated if she is similarly harmed. This does not mean that you will not be harmed or dealt with.

Lazarus, like the others, is allowed to leave the Labs under two conditions. Due to the harness and speaker attached to him and his speech coming from the speaker and him simultaneously, Lazarus must be with either Alpha or Maverick when leaving the Labs as they are allowed to speak on behalf of him. In addition, Lazarus must wear additional clothing in order to cover the harness and pair of glasses with lenses dark enough to hide or disguise his eyes. All clothing is provided by the Labs.
