Not revelant but it took me way too long to figure out what 'cg' meant and im crying. Pretty sure it means caregiver.. for anyone who was also wondering like me (i just woke up, give me a break,,)

But yes!! I do! I have.. lots of ideas with them.. one would say too many!! One of my favourites would be Dream regressing like.. as soon as he's with Nightmare. Pre or post apple incident!! I'll talk about both under the cut!

Let's talk about pre first!! To build out little foundation! We all know that Nightmare assumed the big brother role and essentially the parent role when it came to Dream. And I think that Dream was actually doing the heavy lifting when it came to giving them things they wanted or needed.

Nightmare wanted a book? Dream will barter with a village for the book. Nightmare wants sweets? Dream will borrow a villager's kitchen to make them. You know?

And because of that, I think that whenever Dream came home, Nightmare would spoil him. Just as much as he could. He'd do the littlest of things for Dream. Nightmare would have Dream in his lap and feed him the sweets he brought. Give him a bunch of kisses for being so adorable.. etc etc!

Also Dream using Nightmare as a toy, aka holding his fingers hostage and suckling/biting them. Nightmare has grown used to it (leads to Dream with pacifier/teethers btw)

With this consistent base of babying, it just leads to Dream automatically having this baby mindset around Nightmare and Nightmare only. Dream is fully capable of say, feeding himself, but as soon as he's around Nightmare? He can't do it.. he has to be fed by his big brother!!

And I like when that carries on post apple incident!!

Dream was just.. always Nightmare's baby, and he deserves to be cared for so well... I love the idea of Nightmare actually having calmed down and just wanting Dream back in the 500~ years that he was encapsulated in stone.

With that in mind, as soon as Dream's out the stone.. maybe he ends up not reuniting with Nightmare right away.. maybe someone else gets to him first, or he left of his own accord out of fear!

But when Dream and Nightmare do cross paths.. the switch in Dream's mind is just instant. Dream will always recognize his brother, no matter what. And seeing him again just.. makes him feel like mush!!

Dream just starts crying and Nightmare is quick try consoling him. I think Nightmare would have kept all of Dream's old stuff that he could have salvaged from the remains of their old home. So, once Nightmare brings Dream to his new home with him, he just.. babies him. Like they were under the tree all over again.

It's so incredibly easy for both of them to fall in this pattern. One they had established an achingly long ago and yet it still rings fresh for both..

Also Dream suckles Nightmare's tentacles out of curiosity. I had to put that out there. Let the baby eat!!!

in tony’s room there’s a shelf full of framed pictures of him and peter. some of them are stupid and feature peter making dumb faces. others are celebratory pictures where peter is looking at a trophy or medal like its the best thing in the world, and tony has the same look on his face, but he’s looking at peter. but tony’s favorites are the candids. like the one where he and peter were lounging on the couch sharing a pint of ice cream or the one where rhodey is messing with peter’s hair.

when Tony gets back to earth after Titan he wants to throw the picture away, brake the glass, rip them up, burn them, anything because it’s not fucking fair

but he doesn’t. peter wouldn’t want him to. and he could never deny his kid. so he sticks them in a box and puts the box in the top of his closet. he doesn’t wanna think about it, he doesn’t wanna see them. truth be told, he kind of forgets about them. he doesn’t forget about peter obviously, but it makes the pain and the grief easier to deal with when he doesn’t constantly see what was, what could’ve been
