LISTEN. To Kazui it would probably seem like a silly mix up, but no big deal, but to Shiro it means something. I’m sure he’d laugh it off with Kazui, maybe even try to explain some things, but it would be too much to get into. How does he explain years of being in Ichigo’s inner world where he had zero identity of his own as far as anyone but maybe Ichigo was concerned? And it would take so long to try to explain how long it took him to even get a name, let alone all the frustration of constantly being considered Ichigo’s in some way (even if at least half of that was in his head yikes). Ichigo already knows these things. Shiro would expect him to understand why it’s not just a silly little mistake without the need to really get into details.
