Random horny thought;
Rat & Mat learning sign language specifically so that they can continue discussing/debating/arguing about whatever they're studying at the moment while Rathma eats Malthael out/sucks his dick/whatever else.
They encountered the issue on like day one when Rat kept having to stop what he was doing to argue with Mat. Which just made the whole experience more frustrating for everyone involved. Mat was getting cock blocked by his own need for knowledge, Rathma was just offended by the inefficiency.
