Teresa of Ávila, baptized as Teresa Sánchez de Cepeda y Ahumada, was a prominent Spanish mystic, Carmelite nun, writer of the Counter-Reformation, and theologian of contemplative life through mental prayer. She was a reformer of the Carmelite Order and is considered to be a founder of the Discalced Carmelites along with John of the Cross.

The worst migraine ever in my life.

Okay so I have no clue if anyone reading this have migraines but today I had THE WORST ONE IN MY LIFE!! I had to wear sunglasses inside, a washcloth on my head and tell people I wasn't crazy I just had a Terrible migraine lol it literally felt like someone was taking an Axe to my head and I just wanted to take my forehead out of my head. It was just pure awful and I would never wish all the pain I had on anyone. Also I realized to always carry Advil on you lol My mom use to have these when she was alive and she would still drive my brothers and I to wherever we had to be, cook for us, and never told us how bad she felt. I have NO IDEA how she did this because when I had mine I was just terrible, she literally was the strongest person I have ever met.
