Headcanon where Charlie and Bella adopt a kitten as a bonding experience in Twilight and the cat hates Edward. I’m talking hissing, scratching, biting, running in circles and knocking over vases and picture frames. Charlie gets an absolute kick out of it… he cries actual tears from his laughter. Bella and Charlie decide on Mayhem for a name. (Bella secretly calls him garlic with Edward— haha funny vampire joke) Eventually Edward has to stop coming in the house when Charlie is around, or else Charlie will see the lack of scratches let alone blood on his skin. But in Charlie’s eyes Edward has developed a severe phobia of the cat. He has even left pamphlets to exposure therapy in Bella’s bag to take to Edward. Now, anytime Mayhem starts to spring for attack Bella knows Edward has arrived at the window.

HEADCANON!: When Gabe finds out that his mate (David's mother) is on her period since she has BAD cramps, he cares for her the whole period. Chocolates, baths, flowers, hot soups, blankets, netflix and chill, cuddling with her while she sleeps, back massages, everything.

some random things about my interpretation of till !!

he is mixed (korean & argentinian.) this is partially because (i think!!! as far as i know!!!) buenos aires is considered the queer capital of latin america and i think that's a fun homage to till's identity, but there are a few other reasons too (the film 10dance, my personal experiences with argentinian folks and culture, etc)

in canon verse, his mutism never fully goes away. instead, it becomes selective — there are some people he feels more comfortable speaking to (ivan, his kids) but most often, he uses the sign language he developed or scribbles in his notebook. it's easier to speak when he's feeling completely relaxed and safe — as soon as anxiety starts to well up, his throat closes again.

hallucivan stays with him even after reconciliation. less intrusive, especially if rebel ivan is around, but he doesn't disappear forever.

after he's weathered the worst of his grief spiral post-canon, till gains weight thanks to eating more and training with the rebels. he fills out in the chest, shoulders and hips (not to mention his Ass in the famous motorcycle scene) with both muscle and some body fat, but remains on the leaner side due to his genetics.

in modern AUs, till's favorite genres are rock, punk, metal and emo music. he likes a decent amount of pop and hip-hop as well, but hates folk with a burning passion ("fuckin yaaaaawn"). he's also very into street fashion and follows the work of several designers.

he's also pretentious about film in modern verses & enjoys theater.

he doesn't have pets, but he does eventually get along well enough with @sangsorrow's big-ass dogs — he'll wrassle with them affectionately from time to time. bro is pretty bad at taking care of living things. i think he could manage like... a cactus. maybe.

i want to find some excuse to give him his scars in other verses, and have been pondering ways to include his partial/selective mutism in AUs as well. in general, i do think he struggles to come up with the right words to express his feelings outside of art and songwriting. he's not a good communicator. even in rebel-verse when he's been working on it for some time, he still struggles to articulate vulnerability.

my till is a hockey player in his sports au, not a basketball player. sorry. i like hockey till too much and am too uninterested in basketball. :/

i write till as a submissive brat. he's also almost exclusively a bottom. in occasional moments, he will take control with @sangsorrow's ivan (either tie him up and torment him for funsies, or guide him into more gentle intimacy than ivan is used to). but otherwise i write him as submissive only.
