Day 7 for #wheresmymat2016. For #teamwildwheels here is my inversion of choice, Salamba Sirsasana, supported Headstand. I can't believe how different this felt holding onto the ball rather than the back of my head, it really threw me off! 😵 Charlie is wondering what on earth I'm trying to do! Is he looking up out of concern or curiosity?! 😏 When I take my pics it's just me, him & my phone on a 30 second timer app!
