We repeat what we don’t repair...
Until we heal the wounds of our past, we bleed on people who did not cut us. We continuously ooze our pains and drown our souls in a pool of sticky trauma. We must become consciously aware of what hurt us, connect with compassionate people who stand by us and love us through it and walk out of our messy middle into a new beautiful life.
It will be hard. It will be ugly. It will hurt. We will lose some people. We will gain better people.
In time, it will be worth it to find ourselves fully alive, safe, stable and in a nurturing world.
We should learn how to fight for what we love more than our personal egos, shouldn’t we?
