Buongiorno ☀️Stamattina mi sono alzata con la sensazione di gambe pesanti ☹️. Ultimamente mi succede spesso e non riesco a capire il motivo 🤔. Sarà il caldo??? Cmq fatto sta che questa mattina non avevo neanche voglia di preparare la colazione 🤫. Ho aperto lo sportello del “reparto” farine e ho deciso di usare la farina di segale...ma per fare cosa 🤔???? Alla fine ho optato per delle #crepesuzette in versione #fit , visto che le mie crepes suzette normali sono fantastiche. Non ci avevo mai provato e sapete cosa??? Il risultato è stato sorprendente...come quelle vere...buonissime!!!! Mio marito si è leccato i baffi. Nei prossimi giorni voglio provare a farle anche con altre farine e vedere qual è la versione migliore. Vi lascio la ricetta qui sotto. E se provate a farle, fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate 🤗. Dosi per 6 crepes suzette: -70gr di Farina di Segale; -30gr di Farina d’avena; -60gr di Albumi; -230ml di Latte #amoesseresenzalattosio ; -15gr di Yogurt magro bianco; -qualche goccia di aroma alla Vaniglia. Per guarnire: -Yogurt cremoso alla Nocciola @muller.italia ; -Cremina al Cacao (fatta con 6gr di cacao amaro, acqua 💦 e 4 gocce di Stevia @misuraweb ). Unire tutti gli ingredienti per fare le crepes. Versare due mestoli piccoli di composto in una padella antiaderente ben calda e lasciar cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per circa 2 minuti, girare e cuocere ancora per ca 40 secondi -1 minuto. Ripetere l’operazione con il rimanente composto.
