Here's a #delicious #summerrecipe brought to you by #VeganChef @maudelyne_green: #Broccoli Slaw Receipe Ingredients: 1 head of Broccoli 2 whole #carrots 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 a red onion 1/2 cup of #raisins Juice from 2 #lemons 1/3 cup of oil Salt and pepper 1 tbsp #Vinegar 1 tsp of #mustard (optional) Directions: #First, cut up your vegetables and place to the side in a bowl. Then, in a #foodprocessor start with the #garlic, pulse until you reach your desired #consistency, stir in the mustard and lemon juice, mix well. Slowly add in your oil as you mix all the #ingredients to make your dressing. Add salt and pepper as desired. Pour the dressing over the bowl of minced #vegetables.
