All of these amazing healing foods have changed my life forever. I've been plant based for 15 months and couldn't be happier. New obsession!!! I've never liked coconut water, have tried a few and they were nasty. Well come to find out, I was trying ones that had fillers and preservatives in them. Not this one it's all natural and has chunks of coconut in it. (You can buy them without the chunks) this is the most natural way of getting coconut water other then actually cracking a fresh coconut open. Only 2 ingredients-natural coconut water and natural coconut pulp. Incredibly hydrating!!! I have found it at yokes and albertsons in the unrefrigerated drink area incase you want to try it out 😊 Fun fact- make sure the coconut water is clear or a light pink.
