so the short version is, i think she could deal with the moral scrupulosity side of ocd the most, largely stemming from her life traumas and her status as an openly mutant public figure and singer who's died nine times and was killed, murdered, tortured, kidnapped, experimented on, etc
one pattern i've seen in her comics is how often she's just trying to do music or do something good and happy and fun for everybody, and yet it gets crashed or ruined and people get hurt or even die. or how she must have survivor's guilt from how her friends die or go through excess trauma or how people get hurt to save her
she is one of the few mutants who did not lose their powers after m-day
she has a mysterious self resurrecting factor, so other people can fear death or loss but she can be back, even if for her it's disorienting and we don't know why or how this factor works
one notable thing i especially see is how her concerts get crashed by supervillains. music is her safe haven and her concerts are meant to be a place for people to have a good time. there are mutants, people letting their guards down, innocent civilians. they paid for a good time they trusted to have, and yet, by the end of the first half show, ambulances are rolling out
her mutant powers literally manifested when she snuck out against her strict and awful dad's restrictions -- he who always hated music and the entertainment industry, saying how bad and harmful it is -- to perform her first performance at her middle school's prom party, but it gets attacked by armed hooligans so she uses her light powers for the first time to stop them -- and blinds everywhere. she doesn't learn she's a mutant until the hellfire club lackeys attack and the x-men are there to find her. she feels like a monster
she is a singer not a fighter in her own terms. she doesn't like using her powers to hurt people even if she must sometimes out of self defence. she hates not being able to save her loved ones
she was there when orchis attacked and krakoa fell. she was there when her friends died or became villains, and she didn't stand up for them
and if this happens all the time? then in her mind, she becomes the problem, she is the common denominator, people got hurt because they went to her show for her and the only thing she can do is prepare more, make use of her resources and networking to hire better security, learn to fight herself, make her concerts safer --
but her mind will always move the goalposts. especially when earth 616 is prone to chaos and she considers proximity her fault
also another angle: her father saying music ruined her mom because katherine got into substance abuse, and then alison herself ending up repeating a similar cycle when she gets groomed by roman nekobah and she gains a reputation as the queen of debauchery and other things during the anti mutant sentiment
and also, a lot of this don't necessarily have to be ocd, but still. i think it's interesting to see modern dazzler -- a famous rich celebrity with lots of privileges alongside her traumas and real risks as a mutant who can mysteriously self ressurect -- manage ocd while still doing the things she does, because she won't ever give up on her dreams and her love for music because deep down, a part of her knows music isn't the problem
she'd rather the world ruin her before it even lays a finger on music
