First-Aid in Heart Attack

A heart attack occurs when there is a blood clot preventing blood flow to the heart causing a medical emergency. Heat tissues die without oxygen if there is no proper blood flow. Severe pain or tightening in the chest, neck, back or arms, lightheadedness, abnormal heartbeat, fatigue, and anxiety are some of the indications of a heart attack. Women have atypical signs of heart attack than men and the treatment varies from cardiac rehabilitation, lifestyle change, stents, medication, and bypass surgery. Uncomfortable pressure or squeezing pain in the center of the chest
