               The rain was cold against his skin and here he was with no umbrella. The block and a half to his apartment was long enough to drench him completely. Key in the lock and he walked through the threshold of his apartment. He made a beeline to his bedroom to change into some dry clothes. Upon exiting his room into the main area of the apartment, he realized he was not alone. His eyes shifted to the shadows searching for an unseen figure. “Typically someone knocks before entering a strange apartment. Or is there something you are looking for?”
