Shoulder and biceps, week 3!!! Starting the heaviest portion of the major lifts! High set was 115 lbs x 8, doesn't seem like much but I have historically neglected my shoulders. This was big for me! Lightweight on biceps but high reps and increased time under tension to maximize the glorious burn! Anyway, that's a great start to the week!
