Friends may leave, family may abandon you and everything may fail, but Jesus will never fail nor abandon you.
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Psalms 27: 10 (KJV)
You know, I used to be worried about being alone or ending up alone and was always questioning myself, who will care for me here on earth when my parents can't be around anymore? Who will love me, care about me, help me? What will I do? I was scare.
And one day, the day I least expected in a church youth campaign, we were called to the front to pray for us youth, and the preacher got close to my ear and told me this "Even though my father and mother left me, Jehovah will still pick me up." You will know that I cried like a baby. Nobody knew about this. This was something that I was always carrying with me, in my heart & mind.
[But God is omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent. (He is everywhere, he is all powerful, he knows your thoughts and your heart). Nothing escapes Him.]
My Heavenly Father answered all my doubts, questions and concerns. HE WILL TAKE CARE OF ME, LOVE ME, HELP ME, WITH EVERYTHING HE WILL PICK ME UP. WITH ALL HE WILL PICK US UP. He cares for us, we are not orphans.
When we come to Christ, we repent of our sins, we accept him in our hearts and we confess that he is Lord and rose from the dead on the third day, we become sons and daughters of God.
