I missed my dr appointment today bc my mom and I just totally forgot about it??? That's never ever happened before but both of us just didn't even think of it until she was getting ready for bed and I was like wow my ankle hurts I'm glad I get to see the Dr tomorrow and then I realized it was supposed to be today 🫠 so wish me luck rescheduling this in time for it to be beneficial at all and hopefully my ankle doesn't heal all fucked up and give me long lasting pain but ig we will just see 🙃 bc this is already my ankle that has chronic pain flare ups so this'll probably just make those worse/happen more often. Yay!

Anyone got any tips or anything to help me? I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and the left side of my jaw keeps subluxing when I open my mouth too wide and it's painful to chew when I'm eating (especially when I have to open my mouth wide)

This just started like, a week ago and hasn't gone away

And I'm a singer too so not being able to fully open my mouth all the way sucks

I mainly care about the pain from it to be honest

Connective tissue disorders aren't very fun, one time i was going from standing to lying down on the couch and my knee made this godawful cracking sound (similar to the sound you make when you crack your knuckles) and it felt like a tendon was like stuck or something and my knee didn't feel right for like a week and a half after, it would also make these sounds that were awful and i'm so glad my knee is better now

Being drunk with hEDS is standing normally then you bend your knee slightly too much and suddenly you're on the ground

I’ve been using Draw A Box to try to gain some art skills. I like it, I’m still at the beginner portion cuz I had to take a long break for health issues, but it’s been working for me.

Except my hypermobile joints don’t want to cooperate. I feel like the pages that I’m churning out are just as bad as they were when I first started bc brain says make a line here and shoulder says nah, it’s gonna be over here instead.

I know I’m still improving, just frustrated rn.
