That night, Joon and his other members were on the set of their photoshoot for the Japanese album. Joon also changed his hairstyle and dyed it blonde. Wearing a gray long sleeve shirt and a pair of skinny black jeans, Joon finished his part of the photoshoot and sat in one corner. Like he promised, Joon turned on his iPhone and viewed the live streaming of Inkigayo. Heechul told Joon during their monthsary to watch his stage performance of Mr. Simple. And just in time when he turned the live streaming, it was already Super Junior’s turn to perform. Once he saw Heechul dancing on stage, Joon couldn’t hide the wide small printed on his handsome face.

Watching him perform even not live already made him so happy and smile like an idiot. It was so obvious that he was head over heels for Kim Heechul— madly in love with him that he’d want to be with him forever.

G.O. and Mir finished the part of their photoshoot and found Joon sitting in one corner, watching something in his iPhone.

“Yah hyung, are you watching some yadong again?” Mir teased as he approached him, drinking a bottle of water.

And of course, it was no surprise that Super Junior won it. G.O. and Mir cheered loudly even Joon was jumping up and down as if it was their group who won. Leeteuk was crying as he gave out his thank you speech to all the fans that was ever loyal and supported them up to that moment. After that, Heechul grabbed the microphone from Leeteuk and said a little speech on how thankful he was to everyone who supported him until his very last performance.

Joon was left with shock.

Mir seemed to have the same reaction as Joon and asked, “Is he leaving Super Junior?”

G.O. rubbed his chin and took a sit beside Joon.

The night sky was clouded and formed lines of thunder and the crackling of lightning. Slowly, small drops of rain poured all over the city until it hardened. It seemed like it was another coming. Backstage of Inkigayo, other idols were meeting up congratulating each other for a great performance. Most of the idols congratulated the winners, Super Junior, and also wished Heechul good luck in his upcoming army life. Heechul was cackling like there was no tomorrow, joking around with the girls of Miss A and some other idols, when his phone started vibrating inside his pocket. The cab stopped in front of the house and Joon paid not even waiting for any change. He went out, pulling Heechul with him under the rain.

Heechul got soaked as well, hugging himself, while waiting for Joon to open the door of the house. Once it was open, Heechul quickly went in and squeezed the excess water on his clothes and hair.

“A-aish, It’s cold” Heechul stuttered, rubbing his arms.

Joon didn’t mind being wet and quietly closed the door behind him. Heechul watched him and felt awkward with the silence. Nothing else could be heard except for the pouring rain and strong whooshing wind.

“Y-you’re going to the army already?” Joon finally muttered, looking down at the floor.

Heechul nodded slowly, keeping an eye on Joon, “Hmm nae, after two days”

“T-that soon? Why didn’t you tell me anything?”

Heechul let out a deep sigh and gently caressed Joon’s moist face, “It was too much, Joon. It was painful for me just to think about saying it to you and how you would react. After celebrating our monthsary, it was harder for me to tell you. I never felt this sad”

Lee Joon was busy preparing for Heechul’s arrival. He wasn’t a great cook but he did try his best for this special day. He prepared Heechul’s favorite Kimchi fried rice and beef bulgogi. He had set the table for the two of them and even bought some wine. As he was preparing, he heard the doorbell rang.

“Ah, he’s here~!” Joon said excitedly to himself.

He took off his apron and quickly headed towards the gate to let his yeobo in. Once he opened the gate, Joon was smiling brightly at the sight of his pretty hyung.

“Come on in” Joon said, pulling Heechul inside and locking the gate behind them.

“Happy monthsary” Heechul said and planted a sweet kiss on Joon’s.

Joon closed his eyes and kissed back his hyung, slowly wrapping his arms around him. He couldn’t deny it; this day was very special and wonderful. They both entered the house and Heechul could already smell the delicious aroma of Kimchi fried rice and beef bulgogi.

“Nae” Heechul had put his bag down on the couch and opened it.

Intertwining their fingers together, Joon led Heechul to the dining table and made him sit down. He served him a hot bowl of kimchi fried rice and beef bulgogi and poured some wine in his wine glass. Before sitting on his chair, Joon kissed Heechul passionately and smiled.

As days passed by, Joon and Heechul have been busier than before. They haven’t seen each other for almost two weeks now, busy promoting their albums, but they still have time to text or call each other. The past few days, MBLAQ had been busy guesting on a lot of shows such as Star King. Unfortunately with too much work, Joon wasn’t able to handle it. He felt so sick during one recording and fainted. Heechul chuckled on the other end of the phone, “Of course I want to come over and see you. Would you like some banana milk? We have lots here”

The elevator door opened and Heechul quickly went to the end of the hallway and knocked on the apartment of MBLAQ. It took Joon a few minutes to get up and open the door. When the door opened, Heechul was greeted by a pale looking Joon with a smile. He really looked sick and tired.

“You don’t really look well” Heechul said worried and held him as he brought him back to the bedroom.

Joon laughed softly and lay back down on the bed slowly and coughed a bit. Heechul sat on the edge of the bed and placed his hand on Joon’s forehead. Boy was he on fire. Like literally, he was so hot.

“Aish, your temperature is really high” Heechul said concerned, “You’ve been stressing yourself, aren’t you?”

“Hmm, maybe” Joon mumbled.

“Aish you. I’ll get some warm water and a washcloth” Heechul said and got up to go to the bathroom.

Joon just rested his eyes and waited until his hyung came back. Heechul turned the lights of the bathroom on and looked for a little plastic basin and filled it up with warm water. He looked through the small cabinets for a washcloth and found one. He placed it in the basin and poured some alcohol in it. He carried it carefully back to Joon’s bedroom and placed it on top of the desk just beside the bed.

“Come on, let’s clean you up so your fever would go down” Heechul said and helped Joon take off his shirt.

Heechul neatly folded it and placed it on the chair then took off Joon’s pants next and also placed it on the chair. Joon was now left only with his pink underwear.

“You like pink?” Heechul chuckled and grabbed the wet washcloth and squeezed out the excess water.

Joon smiled weakly and opened his eyes, watching Heechul wipe his face gently with the washcloth then his upper body was next.

The MBLAQ guys entered their apartment and Seungho decided to see how Joon was doing. He peeked inside the room and saw Joon was wrapped in a blanket like a cocoon. The banana milk and crackers that Heechul bought was also there by the desk.
